Startup Pitch

The Security Service and Startup Pitch committee check the projects for compliance with the requirements.

After approval, a personal manager helps each project choose the most suitable format.

The personal manager familiarizes project teams with the deadlines, requirements and jury evaluation criteria.

Projects send information about themselves:

• brief description
• logo
• project summary
• presentation of the project according to the criteria

December 1 – briefing of the project teams, venue tour, presentation check, microphone selection and introduction to the stage director;

December 2 – presentation on the Space Stage of the Forum in front of 1,000 attendees (presentation of 3 or 6 minutes, depending on the package);

Q&A session from the jury.
*Subject to the jury’s interest in asking questions.

December 2 – the jury evaluates and selects the winner.

At the end of the day, an award ceremony will be held to honor the winner of the Startup Pitch.
